Q: What is your refund policy?
A: The Diamondlook offers a 30 day money back guarantee from
the date the merchandise is received. The only condition is that
the merchandise be returned in good condition. Simply return the
merchandise in its original condition with a note attached explaining
your request. That's it. Refunds do not include shipping and handling
or labor and sizing costs.
We also offer a lifetime guarantee against our cubic zirconia fading
or losing its brilliance. Simply return the item with a note and
a copy of your receipt explaining your request and we will either
repair or exchange the returned merchandise. Our return policy is
not available beyond the expiration of the initial 30 day money
back guarantee
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: All merchandise can be exchanged for another product as long
as the original item is received by The Diamondlook in its original
condition. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
In the case of an item with a lower ticket price, The Diamondlook
will apply the difference in the form of a credit to the original
order. In the case of exchanges for higher ticket items, The Diamondlook
will apply the difference between the original and exchanged merchandise.
Q: What are the sizing costs?
A: Sizing cost are $7.50 for each additional size up on all rings.
All rings come standard size 6 (a size 7 ring would be an additional
$7.50 and so on) and for all sizes down, a $5.00 charge applies.
We also do 1/4 and 3/4 sizes.
Tennis Bracelets all come standard size 7. All additional sizing
charges are $35 per size up. We reserve the right to adjust this
fee for due to the amount of labor involved on any given item. The
customer will be notified within 24 hours of purchase if additional
charges apply.

What if I don't get my order in the standard time frame?
A: Please contact us and one of our friendly customer service representatives
will be happy to assist you in locating your merchandise. Inquiries

this is a gift and that you would like us to send the invoice to
the address indicated in the Bill to: column. In order for us to
ship to an alternative address, please contact your credit cardŐs
issuing bank to make them aware of your wishes.

Yes. We offer gift certificates for all amounts. Any difference
left over after purchase will be applied only to future purchases.
Q: What's the best way to clean your Diamondlook
jewelry?
A: Clean your jewelry the same way you'd clean all your jewelry.
Traditional jewelry cleaner works well. Just dip and pat dry with
a soft, lint-free cloth. For best results, take your jewelry to
your local jeweler and ask them for a steam clean. This process
should take a couple of minutes and most jewelers provide it as
a free service. This process is best for getting behind the stone
where it rests in the setting and returning the original sparkle.
Also, you can use Windex on your stones to five them that extra
sparkle at any time.
