Delivery & Returns
All merchandise is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class. Shipping and handling is $4.95. All merchandise with the exception of rings   is  shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please allow 4-5 business days to receive your merchandise. We also offer Express shipping for $15.95. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone call from one of customer service representatives.

Rings
Rings are made to order and take 10-14 days to complete.
You may return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price, or you may exchange the merchandise as outlined below.
All rings 'size 5 and below' and 'size 8 and above' are considered special orders and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tennis Bracelets
All tennis bracelets that require sizing (anything above or below 7") are considered special orders and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exchange Policy
All merchandise can be exchanged for another product as long as the original item is received by The Diamondlook in it's original condition. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. In the case of an item with a lower ticket price, The Diamondlook will apply the difference in the form of a credit to the original order. In the case of exchanges for higher ticket items, The Diamondlook will apply the difference between the original and exchanged merchandise. All exchange items are subject to the date of the original purchase.
